The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the virtual sponsor & exhibition area
  • Access to our young investigators day
  • Access to recorded sessions up to six months after the congress

Cancellations received no later than 01.06.2021, entitle registered persons to a full refund less an administration fee of NOK 350. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 01.06.2021. Cancellations must be in writing to PCO Kongress & Kultur: media@kongress.no

Department of International Collaboration (AIS), Haukeland University Hospital, Norway will cover the registration fee for ECTMIH participation for students, PhD candidates, and Faculty members/staff who are related to projects administered by AIS. Choose this option in the registration form if this applies to you. The list will be subject to review by Haukeland University Hospital.

Application for registration fee grant at ECTMIH 2021 - LMIC  

Persons from Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) will have the opportunity to apply for a grant to cover the registration fee at the conference. To be eligible for a grant you must live in a country on the World bank list of LMIC and have an accepted organised session or abstract for ECTMIH 2021.

The Norwegian Tax Administration require that registration fees are subject to VAT because it is considered a digital service.
