We welcome expertise from persons with interdisciplinary collaboration, as we need interdisciplinary to solve the health challenges in the world. In this congress, we invite persons with competence in global health and tropical medicine; from research as well as from clinical practice.

The Centre for International Health (CIH) at the University of Bergen (UiB) are proud to host the 12th European Congress on Tropical Medicine and International Health from Bergen, Norway 2021. CIH was established in 1988 and undertakes research, education and leadership development aimed at improving the health situation in low- and middle income countries. Through decades of dedicated work, CIH has built strong partnerships with institutions across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, contributing significantly to global health initiatives and capacity building. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together expertise in epidemiology, public health, clinical medicine, and health systems strengthening. Read more about CIH here.
We thank the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) for an excellent Congress in Liverpool. ECTMIH 2019 will be a tough act to follow. We are excited for the opportunity to host the worldwide community on tropical medicine and global health.
